TOYS!

Mom went to the store today !

She says it is very hard to find toys we don't already have, she doesn't understand, we aren't really that picky, just so she brings us home something we are happy little dogs, of course we have to fuss over her just to make her feel good, but we have to get our toys first! We think we have Mom & Dad trained pretty good. Mom got us a new toy bag, it's in the shape of a frog & sometimes we chew on it, it looks like a giant toy!

Dad opens up the gate & away we go! We get soaked but it's great exercise!

Mom worked hard to get some pictures, she''s hoping this snow is soon melted, we did get rain but it didn't melt too much snow, still have lots.

Well you guessed it, we got a foot of snow last night, we weren't too thrilled with it, to much, Momma had to shovel a place out for us to go potty & Dad came home from work & plowed the driveway.As you can tell we really don't have on happy faces! Mom got some pics this morning, she said it was pretty, but she would sooner be taking pictures of flowers. We are enjoying Momma being home today, she wasn't feeling good this morning & went back to bed, we all went back with her & snuggled, Dad had the flu last week & she is hoping she's not getting it. of anybody getting it.

What a day, I like birthdays, got cupcakes & a new toy. The only bad thing about it was we had to wear these hats!
Mom says I made a sweet birthday boy, she told me all day how very special I am & how her & Daddy are so happy
they have me in their lives, they love us all but had to give me a little more attention today because it was my first
birthday. I guess all those batting eyes & snuggle times paid off!

This goes on quite frequently, vying for a snuggle spot, especially when it is only  9 degrees outside.
Mom won't let us out longer than 2 minutes, Jasper's feet get to cold & he comes in limping.
Our Dad was out most of the night with a house fire, so Mom was letting him sleep, she was glad he didn't have to work today. We feel bad for the people that lost their house & all the firemen being out in the cold & wind. Very sad. We will say a prayer for them all.

Mom's always trying to get pictures of the moon, this is as good as it gets.
She hasn't got the right setting, she says one day she'll get it, just
wait & see!

If you look close you can see my huge ice cycle right
in front of my feet. Abby & Mr. H
understand, you just have to have something to carry around
with you when you are outside, Mom still doesn't get it.

Okay if you don't have anything to carry around with you,
then you go after your brothers. Ready or not here I come!

It's not cold out Mom , really I would let you know if it was.

Not to much has been happening around here, Mom hasn't taken too many pictures lately, she is trying to get things caught up around the house, but not getting that done too quickly. She does stop and snuggle with us from time to time, the other night Dad came home from work to find all three of us on top of Mom sound asleep along with our sister ( one of the cats) on the back of the couch. Now seriously how much work did she get done that night! Secretly she loves it! She would much rather do that than house work, & we would much rather to.
